A cost-effective way to create custom graphics. Designs are priced according to square inch dimensions. Simply send us your art and we'll produce it. Choose from a variety of custom design options. Once we receive your artwork, we'll contact you if we need more details or information to complete your project. The top layers of multi-piece designs are cut in Pressure Sensitive Poly-TWILL™ and come pre-positioned on the background. No more manual layout, no more missing pieces. You will receive a complete, ready-to-sew logo and a pre-programmed embroidery disk.  Custom Cut Designs A cost-effective way to create custom graphics - perfect for simple designs. When ordering Felt or Twill, don’t forget to add an Embroidery Express Sew Disk for a beautifully sewn finish.
