Care Instructions

Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not iron directly on CAD-CUT Neon.

Cutting Notes

You should always test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering & logos.

Multi-Color Designs

After preheating garment, place cover sheet over graphic, and press for 3 seconds at 320°F (160°C). Peel cold. Align second color and replace cover sheet. Repeat for additional colors. Finish with final application of 10 seconds. Peel carrier COOL.

APPLICATION TIPS

  • Neon is a great product, with a thicker, rubber-like feel that customers like. If you’re looking for a thinner neon product, check out the colors available in our Sportfilm Lite or Premium Plus lineups.

Q:
Why must I change my cutter settings when I put in a new color of material?
A:
Although the product may remain the same, the composition may vary from color to color, making some thicker or thinner than others. We suggest doing a test cut each time a new roll is put into your cutter.
Q:
Why is a cover sheet necessary?
A:
A cover sheet not only protects your garment, it also protects your upper platen from stains, inks, adhesives, and scratches.
Q:
How do I know if my order is shipping from Michigan or Arizona?
A:
The shipping location is indicated in your cart under U.O.M. It will be highligted in red SCS stands for Michigan and GSW stands for Arizona.
