How long does an ink cartridge last?
A:
This will depend on what you print and how much you print. Some types of media, like canvas, can hold a lot of ink to provide stunning prints while others, like heat transfer material, can still provide a nice print but do not hold as much ink. Generally when making signs you can expect an average cost of about 25 cents per square foot and less than one penny per square inch when making heat transfer product.

How do I know which media to use for a certain job and how do I know if it should be laminated?

Ask yourself a few questions: 1. Is the job indoor or outdoor?
2. Is it temporary or long term?
3. Is the surface flat or irregular?
4. What finish do I need?
