To thank you for your patronage, Stahls’ ID Direct has created a Customer Loyalty Program. The program rewards you for your purchases with a discount – the more you buy, the more you save! There is no need to sign up; every registered dealer of Stahls’ ID Direct is already entered in the program. If you are part of a buying group, check with your group to determine if you are eligible for its discount.

Here’s how it works:

• Each year, we will determine your loyalty/trade discount based on your last 12 months of purchases.
• Once a quarter, we will upgrade loyalty/trade discounts for customers whose sales volume through the end of the previous quarter qualifies them for a larger discount.
• Your discount will be deducted from your invoice automatically. Discounts may be revoked if your account is past due.

Loyalty/Trade discounts will be applied to all sales except cutters (other exceptions not listed here may exist and are subject to change).

Purchases from other GroupeSTAHL companies are not included in the Loyalty/Trade Discount Program.
