Managing My Account

Stahls' Canada Online

An online account at stahls.ca allows you to shop for a variety of products and services in one convenient and secure location 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Enjoy great features that make shopping easy, such as creating and saving multiple shopping carts. You can also securely store credit card information for multiple credit cards, making the checkout process even faster.

Set Up an Online Account:

Select Register located at the top right corner of stahls.ca.
Register as a new customer or with a current Stahls' Canada customer account number.
Start shopping at stahls.ca.

If you have purchased from Stahls' Canada before, you already have a customer account number with us. You will still need to create an online account to order on stahls.ca. To register, provide your account number and phone number to locate your account. Complete the registration process by providing us a user name and password.

Manage Credit Card Information

Securely store multiple credit cards to your Stahls' Canada online account with the My Credit Cards page, making the checkout process even more convenient. Update or delete your credit card information any time.

How to add a new card:

Log into your account, select My Credit Cards underneath the My Account menu.
Select Add New Card.
Enter and review your credit card information. Be sure to select Save Changes once you finish entering your information.

Saving Your Cart

The Save Cart option allows you to shop now and purchase later. You can even create multiple shopping carts to help divide your orders. You must have an online Stahls' Canada account and be logged in to utilize this feature.

Benefits of Save Carts:

Recall a saved shopping cart any time you are shopping.
Save frequently ordered items in a cart, and recall the cart when ready.
Save a long order to come back to it later.
Rename your carts and categorize them according to your projects.

How to use the save cart:

Add item(s) to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart, select Save this Cart at the bottom of the page.
Enter a name for your cart and select Save Cart.

How to view a saved cart:

From any page on the site, select My Saved Shopping Carts located underneath the My Account menu.

In your shopping cart, select View Saved Carts to recall any of the carts you have saved.
