Why am I seeing a new uploader? ▲
We’ve introduced a new AI-Assisted Artwork Uploader to provide a clearer, faster, and more accurate setup experience. It guides you through product selection, design sizing, and art file requirements to help you get the best possible results.
Why is the new uploader the default? ▲
The AI-Assisted uploader delivers significant workflow improvements, including better clarity, fewer setup errors, and a more streamlined ordering process. Because it enhances accuracy and user experience, it is now the default option for DTF artwork uploads.
Can I still use the standard uploader? ▲
Yes, but only for a limited time. You can choose the Standard DTF Uploader if you prefer the familiar experience. Please note that switching uploaders requires you to re-upload your artwork, as files do not transfer between the two experiences.
What is the difference between the new uploader and the standard one? ▲
The new AI-Assisted uploader offers:
- Smarter guidance and clearer steps
- More accurate artwork review
- A more efficient workflow
- Updated interface and features
The Standard DTF Uploader provides the familiar upload experience customers already know.
Will the standard uploader go away? ▲

Do I need to re-upload my artwork if I switch uploaders? ▲
Yes. Because the two uploaders operate differently, artwork uploaded in one experience cannot be transferred to the other. A fresh upload is required when switching.
Will the new uploader change my artwork? ▲
The AI-Assisted uploader may modify your artwork to help meet production requirements in certain cases, such as upscaling images or adjusting soft edges. These changes are automated and intended to improve print results, not alter your design intent.

Transfers arrive ready to cut, position, and press. Need your order fast? Place it by 12:00 PM local time (Toronto or Edmonton) and it ships the same day. It’s as easy as “In by noon, out the same day.” For added convenience, local pickup is available after 4:00 PM ET.
