Owns a Fusion Heat Press
Ordered this in Feb 2018. It’s still going. We had an issue early on where it just stopped working (they seem to have gremlins). We pulled the board and plugged it back in. Haven’t had a problem since. We put over 10k shirts through since the purchase.
If you do high volume get an auto press to decrease operator fatigue.
All in all it’s a work horse.

In addition to my previous rating of the machine, I should have added a 5 star rating for customer service. Each time I've had an issue, Reed and Scott (I think) have been exceptionally helpful in getting issues resolved.

I have owned this press for 16 months now. In that time, I've replaced something every six months. Six months after I bought it, the screen went out. One year after purchase, the power cord shorted and melted inside the top housing. Now the pressure knob has detached from the heater housing and some of the washers that go around the knob bolt are worn out and broken. For the money I've spent, I am not happy with the quality of the machine. I would not recommend buying this to anyone. The only reason I gave two stars is because of the draw/swing ability the press has.

Purchased a couple years ago and hasn't been right. Replaced board 3 times, (twice in week) .sent back once and STILL doesn't work. Tech department is great but, i have needed them way too much. Feel like i got a bad one and they don't care! Highly doubt will get my next one from here. All work is on record and still don't matter. Pressure reading has never worked, changes or stops reading after couple of presses, replaced wires also couple of times(NOT easy)...VERY disappointed

I absolutely love the threadability of my hotronix fusion heat press. There are just two areas that I'd like to see improved. I'd love to be able to lock the drawer pull in place while using the swing feature. My major complaint is the difficulty in changing pages with the presets. I find it almost impossible to change from page to page. So if the media I want is not on the first page, I usually end up being so frustrated I just reprogram the item I was using last. This defeats the benefit of being able to pre-program different medias.

This is our second Hotronix press and we love both of them. First one is 10 years old and never had any real issues and we got it used. The new one has also been great. Cant say any more than that.

First I have to say that I like my Fusion heat press. But if you run into so trouble with your press and have to replace a proxy switch (timer) or adjustment piece to your press. You can call tech support for help. But you have to take everything apart to replace the adjustment piece because it has a flaw in it if you bought in 2010 like I did. I'm on the West coast and they are in PA. No one here on the West coast to help. I have to say that I don't no a lot about what goes where. But I can say that the guys at tech support have been a blessing helping me put my press back together. In the future, I would recommend that if Hotronix wants to do an upgrade on there presses, they talk to the tech guys first.
